From rusks to biscuits, bread, pasta, cakes: everything here is handmade with love, even the gluten-free version! At Jole you can savour the scent of the homemade bread and enjoy the fresh pasta hand-pulled in the Romagna tradition, knowing that our chef is specialising in gluten-free cuisine and will do everything necessary to avoid contamination with other flours.
